CHIFVC Admin & Project Officer

Central Highlands Integrated Family Violence Committee

  • Fixed-term contract to 30 June 2025 
  • Ballarat based with some travel
 

This position will provide project support to CHIFVC and its Principal Strategic Advisor (PSA.) This role will develop and maintain effective communications within CHIFVC and with wider stakeholders, support the collection and presentation of relevant data and resources, and contribute to a positive workplace culture with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Applicants will need:

  • Commitment to organisational vision, mission, and approach 
  • Solid experience in administration, particularly minute taking and record keeping 
  • Demonstrated experience in office systems and processes 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills 
  • Knowledge of and experience in using a variety of online platforms such as Basecamp, SharePoint, Eventbrite, Zoom and so on. 
  • Proven event planning and coordination skills 
  • Demonstrated time management capacity, with the ability to independently set priorities, meet deadlines, initiate and follow up actions 
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and writing skills 
  • Sound computer skills including the Microsoft office suite of products, and expertise with general operation of computers and server systems
