to progress women’s health across the Grampians region
WHG is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated woman to lead health promotion activity across the Grampians region, including the highly regarded Communities of Respect and Equality (CoRE) Plan.
Based in Ballarat with travel across the region, this role is an opportunity to make a valid contribution to improving the health and wellbeing of Grampians women.
Applicants will operate with a high level of autonomy within a supportive and structured environment and will need to:
- Be a highly experienced and organised leader with demonstrated experience managing a team, including capacity to motivate and inspire staff to achieve outcomes
- Be an experienced and accomplished project manager with ability to effectively plan, implement and evaluate primary prevention work
- Demonstrate confidence and experience in interpersonal and relationship management, with the ability to develop strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication including highly developed report writing skills
The position is permanent, can be full time or 0.8 EFT and offers generous salary, conditions and salary packaging.
