Equality for All continues to strengthen the CoRE Alliance by turning awareness into action across the Grampians region.
As part of the program, 13 Equality Advocates from diverse backgrounds have been employed and trained to share their lived experience and expertise.
Through powerful, facilitated conversations, our Equality Advocates support organisations and communities to:
listen and learn from lived experience
build a deeper understanding of discrimination and inequality in all its forms
reflect on attitudes, practices, and systems
identify practical ways to break down structural barriers
take meaningful action towards greater diversity, inclusion, and equality for all women and gender diverse people
Booking an Equality Advocate is an opportunity to move beyond theory and engage in conversations that inspire reflection, accountability, and real change.
