The Communities of Respect and Equality (CoRE) Alliance celebrates a significant anniversary in 2026: 10 years! We are tremendously proud of everything our CoRE members have achieved over the past decade, and of the community’s ongoing commitment to creating safe, equal and respectful places for all.

As we look to the future, we are excited to be thinking about the next iteration of the CoRE Strategy, exploring new ways of working while maintaining our focus on collaboration, intersectionality, equity, evidence-informed practice and accountability as we lead this crucial work.
Our vision for the future remains a safe, equal and respectful society for everyone – where women and their children live free from gender-based violence and every person is valued, heard, respected and empowered.
