Our See What You Can Be work addresses the learning, education and apprenticeships pathways for women into majority male industries.

We foster increased visibility, exposure and inspiration for female and gender diverse students and people of all ages to explore and consider a career in non-traditional roles.

We furthermore support careers, education and training professionals, providing education and developing solutions to minimise the barriers for women and gender diverse people to entering trade industries.
